1. About LessonKits

LessonKits is an AI-powered educational platform operated by LogicForge Limited, Bangladesh. Our platform helps educators and students create curriculum-aligned lesson plans, questions, course content, and educational materials based on Bangladesh's National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) standards.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on LessonKits.
  • Users under 18 should use the platform under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

  • You are required to create an account to access LessonKits services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Our Services

LessonKits provides the following AI-powered educational services:

  • Curriculum-aligned question generation (creative and MCQ)
  • Lesson plan creation
  • Course content development
  • AI-generated courses with Bangla voice narration
  • Educational presentation generation
  • Access to multiple AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok)

5. Payment and Credits

  • LessonKits operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system.
  • Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use platform features.
  • Credit prices and consumption rates are displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time.
  • All purchases are final. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to users.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated through LessonKits is produced by AI models and should be reviewed by educators before classroom use.
  • While we use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology to ground content in NCTB curriculum, we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content is 100% accurate or error-free.
  • Teachers and educators are responsible for reviewing, validating, and adapting AI-generated content for their specific educational context.
  • LessonKits is a tool to assist educators, not a replacement for professional pedagogical judgment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, servers, or databases.
  • Use the platform to generate content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate for educational settings.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated content on a commercial basis without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The LessonKits platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of LogicForge Limited.
  • AI-generated educational content created through your use of the platform may be used freely by you for educational purposes.
  • NCTB curriculum content referenced by our RAG system remains the intellectual property of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board, Bangladesh.

9. Privacy

Your use of LessonKits is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • LessonKits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
  • LogicForge Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services with reasonable notice.

12. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
  • Upon account termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
